As Social Media Manager for Invisalign ANZ, my role wasn’t to push hard sell content, it was to make the category leader feel even more visible. With Invisalign already leading the clear aligner space, the strategy focused on strengthening awareness, amplifying authority, and keeping the brand loud, clear, and impossible to miss.
In just one month, Invisalign AU recorded a 1150% lift in post engagement, with average engagement per post reaching its highest level in five years.

I brought more original filming into the content mix to make Invisalign feel more authentic, while diversifying the page with content that felt fresher, more human, and less formulaic.
Original filming also drove stronger performance, increasing average views per video by 25%.
The strategy moved away from a dentist-first lens and towards the consumer, using audience insight to shape content around real behaviours, preferences, and the moments that mattered most to them.

Clean, intentional, and doing its job. Copy that turned technical messaging into something people actually wanted to read.
